Premium Plus Service Contract

Upon payment, this contract will ensure that Green Acres Septic agrees to the following: Perform three inspections within a year (approximately one every four months) on the aerobic septic system located at the address on the bottom of the page.

This aerobic septic system will be inspected by a maintenance technician/provider employed by Green Acres.

This inspection will include:

Inspect control panel and electrical components for proper operation
Inspect compressor for proper operation and clean compressor filter
Inspect effluent pump and floats for proper operation
Inspect effluent quality which includes the color of the effluent as well as the odor
Inspect the proper operation of sprinkler heads
Inspect chlorine residual
Provide and install aerobic wastewater chlorine during each of the 3 inspections (Premium Plus+ benefit)
Email the homeowner a copy of the completed inspection
File the inspection report with the proper authority

The cost of this Premium Plus+ Plan One Year Service Contract Agreement is $275.00.

NOTE: This one year service contract is for the inspection of the aerobic septic system only. This contract does not cover any repairs, equipment, parts or labor, service calls, or pump outs. Repairs will be done at an additional charge, after authorization has been obtained from the homeowner. All payments for services rendered by Green Acres Septic are due at the time of service. If a homeowner wishes to be called ahead for an inspection, two call attempts will be made to schedule the inspection. If there is no customer response after the second attempt, it will be counted as an inspection. This service agreement is non-refundable. Green Acres Septic will respond within 48 hours per the homeowners request for a service call due to their system not operating properly.
